Appstractly LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Hanzipad.com website (the "service"). This page informs you what data we collect when you visit our site and use our service.
As a guiding principle, we strive to collect only the information necessary to provide our services. We do not share any data with third parties unless absolutely required.
As a visitor
To ensure the reliable and secure operation of our service, access logs are collected on our web server. We automatically delete this data after 30 days but may retain it longer after removing personally identifiable information. The following information is recorded.

- User agent
- Timestamp
- HTTP protocol information
When you join our waitlist
You may choose to join our waitlist, as our service is not yet publicly available. We will store the message you send to us for up to 36 months. If you are no longer interested in our service, you may contact us at hello@hanzipad.com any time to request the deletion of your data.
As a registered user
An email address is required to sign up. We use your email for the login procedure, to send important information about your account and subscription, as well as to enable account management tasks, such as resetting your credentials.
During registration, you will also be asked to provide a name, which can be anything you choose. This name is only used to address you within our application. The same applies to additional profiles for family accounts.
In order to maintain the login status over multiple requests to our site we make use of so-called cookies. These are short pieces of text stored in your browser.
